\nHappy birthday or anniversary! Happy wedding day or anniversary!<\/p>\n

Passengers departing from the airport \u201cKyiv\u201d (Zhulyany) are available to order the service “Greetings on board” – a real joy in flight for your friends, family and beloved ones!<\/p>\n

After gaining altitude, the appointed cabin crew member will individually orally (without a loudspeaker announcement) greet the person who has birthday or anniversary, or newlyweds and present a gift from the airline – a bottle of champagne.<\/p>\n

You can order the service through the airline’s call center no later than the day before the flight departure.<\/p>\n

Service cost, order and payment:<\/strong>
\nThe service is available at an additional cost*<\/strong><\/span>.
\nStandard greeting – 900 UAH (including a bottle of champagne)
\nBouquet of flowers – 900 UAH<\/p>\n

\nRefusal of service and refund:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Voluntary refusal of service<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Voluntary cancellation of paid service can be made no later than 12 hours before the departure of the flight;<\/p>\n

In order to make a refund, in case of voluntary refusal of a passenger or payer, acting on his own behalf and \/ or on behalf of jointly following passengers included in one payment order or issued in one reservation for which they request a refund, you must send an application by the following e-mail info@airocean.com.ua.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Forced refusal<\/span><\/h3>\n

Refunds for paid and unserved service are made in the following cases:
\nforced refusal of the passenger from transportation, non-provision of paid service to the passenger (for technical, operational or other reasons which are not dependent on the passenger);<\/p>\n

termination of the contract of air transportation of the passenger unilaterally on the initiative of AC;<\/p>\n

In order to make a refund in case of forced refusal of a passenger or payer acting on his own behalf and \/ or on behalf of jointly following passengers included in one order for payment or issued in one reservation for which they require a refund, you must send an application by the following e-mail info@airocean.com.ua<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n
