After gaining altitude, the appointed cabin crew member will individually orally (without a loudspeaker announcement) greet the person who has birthday or anniversary, or newlyweds and present a gift from the airline – a bottle of champagne.
You can order the service through the airline’s call center no later than the day before the flight departure.
Service cost, order and payment:
The service is available at an additional cost*.
Standard greeting – 900 UAH (including a bottle of champagne)
Bouquet of flowers – 900 UAH

Voluntary refusal of service
Voluntary cancellation of paid service can be made no later than 12 hours before the departure of the flight;
In order to make a refund, in case of voluntary refusal of a passenger or payer, acting on his own behalf and / or on behalf of jointly following passengers included in one payment order or issued in one reservation for which they request a refund, you must send an application by the following e-mail [email protected].
Forced refusal
Refunds for paid and unserved service are made in the following cases:
forced refusal of the passenger from transportation, non-provision of paid service to the passenger (for technical, operational or other reasons which are not dependent on the passenger);
termination of the contract of air transportation of the passenger unilaterally on the initiative of AC;

Re-registration of service provision for another service, another person, another flight, etc. is not possible.
